Half Bridge IPM
Our SCS-iPMHX-1250 is an intelligent power module (two channels) that integrates our advanced gate drivers with power devices. These modules are available for both Si and SiC based power devices. It is a complete power module consists of gate drivers, power devices, snubbers, and cooling arrangements.
